FCSI allows you to create, send and track Certified Mail right from your desktop computer with faster delivery, fewer errors and no trips to the post office.  Whether to one recipient, or thousands, automated mail pieces with the appropriate postal forms are printed, processed and entered into the USPS mail stream.  FCSI's Mailing Solutions save you time, effort and money. With our patented Electronic Return Receipt® and eSignature, the traditional green card is eliminated (savings of $2.30) and the question "What happened to my mail?" if the traditional green card is not returned. With our system, you know the status of every letter mailed, updated daily.

In-House Solutions

Envelope System:   This solution is ideal if you are sending original documents such as contracts, tax returns, checks or anything that can not be sent electronically to an outside source for printing and mailing. This service is utilized by attorneys, accountants and government agencies. You simply login to your secure account, import your mailing list and print the address page along with your USPS reports, apply postage and mail.

Envelope System - Hybrid Version: Looking for a turn-key solution for Certified Mail that handles large volume mailings?  Our Hybrid Version is built around print houses and provides an automated solution for sending Certified Mail.  A list of recipients is imported into the software, articles numbers are attached and the enhanced file is exported, ready to print.  This version of software is primarily for large mailings that are merged and supports the use of an inserter or pressure seal folder.  There is also the option to run in "lights out" mode, where no human interaction is needed.

 Outsource Solutions

Quick Mail Solution: This solution caters to straight forward mailings. The client uploads their document and address list to FCSI's secure site.  The system merges your data and provides a viewable proof.  FCSI will print and mail your letters for you with no special software needed.

Custom Mail Solution: This solution is designed to integrate into your current corporate printing and mailing process, especially main-frame applications, with almost no change to existing work-flow or internal processes.  The client is able to choose from a wide variety of mailing options including custom programming.  Same day mailing is available if received before 11:00 am Central Standard Time, unless it is scheduled for a later date.
